What is the normal turnaround time for an order?

Processing time and shipping  depend on the item you ordered from High Point Award and Gift.

“Normal” production time for in-stock items is 2-5 business days.  While we do our best to keep items on hand, larger quantities may require 7-14 days. Depending on our workload and your project size, special orders may require additional time.  A “delivery date” will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date or your “in-hands” date. 

Rush fees may apply for 24hour production.

 

How do I submit my artwork or the personalization details for my order?

You can e-mail us! Send us all of your artwork, engraving details and any design preferences as a plain text file.  High Point Award and Gift sends all proofs via email.

Do you sell more than trophies and awards?

Yes, High Point Award and Gift offers a lot of different types of products including awards, trophies, plaques, handmade keepsake boxes, personalized gifts, printed golf balls, drinkware, name badges, and much more.

 

Will you engrave or print on items I bring in?

Sorry, no. We recommend selecting something from our site or extended catalogs. Because we are familiar with these items, we can guarantee satisfaction with the results of engraving.

 

Do you engrave on jewelry and watches?

Sorry, no. We don’t have the specialized equipment known as ‘mechanical engraving’ that engraves on precious metals, jewelry and watches.
