Processing time and shipping  depend on the item you ordered.

“Normal” production time for in-stock items is 2-5 business days.  While we do our best to keep items on hand, larger quantities may require 7-14 days. Depending on our workload and your project size, special orders may require additional time.  A “delivery date” will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date or your “in-hands” date. 

Rush fees may apply for 24hour production.

Payment can be made to High Point with cash, check, ACH, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

In most cases prepayment is required for an order. We send email invoices directly to you and you can pay with a credit card or ACH you through the secure portal.  Our invoices are powered by QuickBooks.

You can e-mail us! Send us all of your artwork, engraving details and any design preferences as a plain text file.  All proofs are sent via email.
